Who we are
Our team consists of Jules who works full time and is the Crystal Shack's manageress. She runs the shop and is wonderfully creative and takes care of our window displays. She is a rahanni teacher too independently and is able to really fulfil the customers’ needs, with her vast knowledge of crystals, combined with great listening skills. Her customer service is exceptional.
Alicia has also joined the Crystal Shack. She works part-time, but has her own business and offers personalised astrology readings, angelic reiki and is a water healer. Alicia has amazing customer service and listening skills and is extremely knowledgeable. She is our consultant social media expert and runs the social media for Facebook and Instagram pages.
Words from the founder
“My background is in holistic health and nutrition with 25 years’ experience in this field. My previous business was a holistic practitioner, which incorporated various healing modalities, from crystal healing, reflexology, nutrition, reiki, aromatherapy, massage, Indian head massage, hopi ear candling, hot stone therapy etc.
I further continued my study with Feng Shui, meditation and sound healing. I currently run events now too with my co-worker (she is a breath-work facilitator). We run breath-work and sound healing events in the local area (my role is the sound healing).
So, I have vast knowledge and understanding about crystals, aromatherapy, healing modalities, sound healing, the different aspects of spirituality and cultures. I then decide to open a small retail outlet in a garden centre, hence the name Crystal Shack, as it was a (summer house) outside the garden centre along with other businesses that had small retail outlets there also.
I have grown from a small retail outlet in a garden centre, to a larger retail outlet in a shopping arcade now, operating for six and a half years. I have also branched out and opened a independent health food shop next door called “Whole Health Foods” For more information click on the button below.
