Who we are
Our team consists of Jules who works full time and is the Crystal Shack's manageress. She runs the shop and is wonderfully creative and takes care of our window displays. She is a rahanni teacher too independently and is able to really fulfil the customers’ needs, with her vast knowledge of crystals, combined with great listening skills. Her customer service is exceptional.
Alicia has also joined the Crystal Shack. She works part-time, but has her own business and offers personalised astrology readings, angelic reiki and is a water healer. Alicia has amazing customer service and listening skills and is extremely knowledgeable. She is our consultant social media expert and runs the social media for Facebook and Instagram pages.

As a proud independent retailer, we take immense pride in curating a collection that reflects our deep passion for fair-trade, ethical practices, and handcrafted treasures from across the globe, including ethical spiritual gifts.
We are excited to present a diverse and extensive collection of crystals and gifts, featuring crystals, minerals, rare specimens, raw stones, polished gems, unique crystal displays, fascinating fossils, intricately carved creations, and exquisite silver gem-set jewellery, as well as natural health supplements.
Words from the founder
With over 25 years’ experience in holistic health and nutrition, I specialise in supporting whole-person wellbeing. I am trained in a wide range of therapies, including crystal healing, reflexology, nutritional therapy, reiki and aromatherapy. My work has continued to evolve through further study in feng shui, meditation and sound healing. This ongoing learning has deepened my understanding of how crystals, essential oils, energy work, sound and diverse spiritual traditions can support healing and balance.
Inspired to share these tools with a wider community, I created The Crystal Shack. More recently, we have integrated a health shop within The Crystal Shack, focusing on the physical foundations of wellbeing through high-quality herbs, supplements and nutritional support. Together, these elements create a holistic wellness hub where mind, body and spirit are equally honoured.
